Prosa and Danfoss joining forces to expand connected products and services offering


On May 31st 2017, Prosa has been acquired by Danfoss, a global industrial manufacturer headquartered in Denmark and serving customers in more than 100 countries. By joining forces, Prosa and Danfoss will build on the combined strengths enabling us to bring a broader range of connected products and services.
Acquiring new technology and digital competencies is an important part of our digital transformation, and the acquisition of Prosa is yet another great step on that exciting journey. Combining Prosa’s strong software competencies with Danfoss’ application expertise will allow us to provide new, connected cooling solutions to the benefit of our customers
